The IDF has published an excerpt from the interrogation of Imad Amahaz, a key operative in Hezbollah’s secret maritime unit, who was captured last year by Israel’s elite Shayetet 13 naval commandos during Operation “Behind the Back.”
According to the IDF, Amahaz played a central role in Hezbollah’s covert naval infrastructure, which is designed to carry out attacks against Israeli maritime targets, including offshore gas platforms, naval vessels, and coastal sites.
