WATCH: ‘Peace with Israel would benefit everyone,’ says Syrian political analyst

Syrian analyst Alia Mansour said peace with Israel benefits all sides, it isn't something to be ashamed of!

She added that Syrian President Ahmed Al-Sharaa has repeatedly stated that he does not oppose a peace process with Israel, noting that he said so publicly in response to her question at a press conference.

Mansour said that Al-Sharaa has indicated he is currently negotiating a security agreement, because circumstances are not right for a peace process, but that once conditions change, he will negotiate a peace accord openly.

As long as Hezbollah and Jihadis are in Syria, it will not be any peace with Israel.
