Against the backdrop of ongoing tensions between the US and Nicolás Maduro's regime in Venezuela, the Chinese Communist Party announced a zero-tariff agreement with the Venezuelan regime covering more than 400 product categories.
The move provides the Venezuelan regime with an "economic lifeline" that will allow it to purchase Chinese products at discounted prices and will enable the Chinese Communist Party to have greater control over the South American country's economy.
NTD journalist Luis Eduardo Martinez reports that the Chinese Communist Party has lent the Venezuelan regime over $60 billion during the past two decades. It has also equipped Venezuela's National Guard with equipment to suppress citizens and established a ground satellite station in Venezuela, giving the Chinese Communist Party a foothold in the Western Hemisphere.
