Venezuelan opposition leader and Nobel Peace Prize laureate María Corina Machado warned that Russian and Iranian agents are operating openly in Venezuela, alongside Hezbollah and Hamas operatives.
In a statement on Tuesday, she accused the Maduro regime of allowing foreign intelligence and terror groups to establish networks that threaten both Venezuela’s sovereignty and regional stability.
Machado urged international partners to take “urgent and coordinated action” to stop what she described as the infiltration of hostile forces using Venezuela as a hub for operations across Latin America. She said the growing presence of these actors shows how deeply the regime has aligned itself with “the world’s most dangerous alliances.”
