The court in Haifa sentenced Muhammad Agbaria, who was convicted of a series of terrorist acts including attempted murder, assault and sabotage.
"The defendant's motives and reasons for committing the act are aggravating," the judges stated. "He acted from a nationalist worldview, against the government in Israel".
They sentenced Muhammad Agbaria to 15 years in prison, who was convicted of terrorist acts, including attempted murder, possession and use of weapons, assault and sabotage during the Gaza operation in May last year.
Agbaria, according to the first charge, at night during one of the riot events that took place at the entrance to Umm El Faham, he repeatedly fired a gun from his vehicle at the police officers.
