"This union stems from the deepest thing that two nations can share: the values of democracy and freedom and the fight against terrorism and dictatorships," he noted.
Argentine President Javier Milley revealed on Tuesday during his speech at the Israel-Argentina Business Conference in Buenos Aires that he is promoting a historic memorandum with the Israeli government that will create a bilateral alliance between two sister countries with the aim of defending freedom and democracy and fighting terrorism and dictatorships.
Milley added: "We want this alliance between Argentina and Israel to become a model for other nations in the world. The freedom to choose life and freedoms, while firmly and openly condemning terrorism. Because we do not forget and will never forget the inhuman attacks through which terrorism harmed the Argentine people 30 years ago, and we also do not forget the barbarities committed by the Hamas terrorist organization on October 7."
"We do not forget that they are still cowardly and unjustly holding 101 innocent citizens who were kidnapped, including eight of our compatriots, Argentines. We demand their immediate and unconditional release," he stressed.
