NEWSRAEL: Why is it that Palestinians always need donations (hand-outs)?

On Wednesday, the UN publishes a call to countries and organizations to donate money for needed aid to the Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza.

The goal of the current campaign is to raise $2.8 billion by the end of this year.

"We are publishing the call for donations until the end of the year. We are calling to raise 2.8 billion dollars to help 3 million people in the West Bank and Gaza," announced the head of the UN's humanitarian office in the territories of the Palestinian Authority, during a video press conference.

Simple answer is Hamas grabs all the donations and then sells the excess to the Palistainians. All countries donating should print their flags on the boxes and in Arabic write FREE on the boxes.
