Almost a month after the attack carried out by Israel in the port of al-Hudaydah in Yemen, an interesting result can be observed.
First, the Houthis have not carried out a vessel attack in the Red Sea for two weeks since the attack.
They did not give an explanation for this. Three attacks were carried out last week and three attempted attacks were also reported yesterday as part of one attack on a vessel.
It is important to note that before the Israeli attack in al-Hudaydah, the Houthis were in "rampant" mode. The month of June was the most active in terms of Houthi attacks since they began attacking vessels in November.
Altogether in June the Houthis carried out at least 22 attacks. In July, until Israel attacked (July 20), they managed to carry out 8 attacks.
