Herzog to Abu Dhabi for state funeral

President Herzog will visit the United Arab Emirates for the second time and represent Israel at the funeral of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayd. Herzog is expected to meet with the new president, Sheikh Muhammad bin Zayed, to offer him personal condolences and congratulate him on taking office.
