Trump mocks CNN, NYT for reporting on fake Iranian peace plan
CNN, NYT duped by “hoax” Iranian peace plan demands, President Trump says, blasting “charlatans” who pushed “fake” Iranian ten-point plan.
President Donald Trump on Wednesday accused CNN and The New York Times of promoting a “totally fake” 10-point Iran peace plan, intensifying a growing dispute over what terms actually the ceasefire between the US and Iran.
Shortly after two-week truce was agreed to before dawn on Wednesday, a document purportedly showing Iran’s ten primary demands in talks with the United States was circulated on the internet.
The list was also shared by the Iranian embassy in Iran’s X account.
