Saad argued that Hezbollah’s roughly 100,000 terrorists should each marry four women, with each wife giving birth to four children per year. According to his calculation, this would produce 400,000 new Shiite births annually, eventually making Shiites a majority and enabling them to “take over Lebanon.”

He said Shiites had previously been “naïve,” preventing them from dominating Lebanon and ruling the region “from Kosovo to Tehran.” He concluded by openly claiming Shiites “have a right” to rule the country.
