BREAKING: An IDF officer sustained serious injuries from an explosion in the Syria buffer zone

The IDF is investigating whether a landmine caused the blast.

A reserve officer was seriously injured earlier today as a result of an explosion in the area of an IDF post in southern Syria.

The officer was taken to a hospital for medical treatment, and his family has been notified.
