The question at hand is whether the United States should offer Iran significant financial incentives just to restart negotiations.

For: Offering money might bring Iran back to the table and avoid escalation, creating a path for future agreements—just as Trump used pressure and deals to achieve results.

Against: Paying Iran to talk rewards terrorism, strengthens the regime, and reverses Trump’s successful strategy of maximum pressure without concessions.
