Concerns are growing in light of a show of force by the Chinese regime near Taiwan and Japan.
NTD -- On Thursday, the news agency "Reuters" reported on the largest show of force by the Chinese regime to date near the coasts of Japan and Taiwan, a display that included the deployment of more than 100 military vessels near the territorial waters of these two countries.
Satellite images taken in the Philippine Sea, east of Taiwan, show several Chinese vessels including two destroyers and a helicopter carrier. The activity appears to be a naval exercise, but China has not officially announced such an operation.
On the other hand, it seems that the aggression of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has led to closer ties between Japan and Taiwan, and on Friday Taiwan's Prime Minister Chou Chung-tai thanked Japan's Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi for her remarks, emphasizing that she would view a Chinese invasion of Taiwan as a threat to Japan.
