Lebanese TV host Walid Abboud used a broadcast on Hala Al-Arabiya to directly address Hezbollah and supporters of the Iranian regime in Lebanon, telling them that if they truly love Iran so much, they should leave Lebanon and take their weapons with them.

Abboud said Hezbollah’s arsenal has brought destruction, rockets, flags, slogans and foreign loyalties into Lebanon, while ordinary Lebanese citizens have paid the price in war, hunger and insecurity.

His message reflected a growing anger among many Lebanese who see Hezbollah not as a “resistance” movement, but as an Iranian military project that has hijacked the country and turned Lebanon into a front line for Tehran’s wars.
