Palestinian activist Ahed Tamimi said on The Enlightenment Podcast on YouTube on August 8, 2025, that there is no difference between Zionism and Judaism, adding that she believes that Judaism means occupation. 

“We are fighting the Jews, not Zionism,” she stated. Tamimi said she does not care how she is portrayed in Western media, adding that the world “must shut up” when a Palestinian is speaking because they are “superior to the entire world,” as they are the only ones fighting injustice. 

She said she has reached a point where she wishes for World War III so that “this will all be over.” “Let the whole world be destroyed, I don’t care,” she continued, saying nuclear weapons should be used to destroy the world so it will not be only Palestinians who are destroyed.
