Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, Defense Minister Benny Gantz and Foreign Minister and Alternative PM Yair Lapid held Saturday a series of consultations over the recent attack on an Israeli-owned ship south of Oman.

In this stage, Jerusalem is focusing on diplomatic efforts to achieve three actions:

1. Getting the U.S., Britain and other countries to officially condemn Iran and place the responsibility for the assault on the Islamic Republic.
2. Promote an international probe into the incident.
3. Getting the United Nations Security Council to convene on the matter.
