In a dramatic and tightly guarded move, Donald Trump announced on Saturday the arrest of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores.

According to informed sources, US Delta Force commandos carried out the operation and transferred Maduro and Flores to the United States. The mission had reportedly been planned since December 25 but was delayed several times due to weather conditions, according to CBS.
