Fighters from the Duvdevan Unit arrested last night a terrorist cell that planned to attack as part of the operations in the Ephraim Brigade.
IDF forces from the Ephraim Brigade operated tonight to thwart terrorism in several villages in the sector. In the area of Kafr Jios village, Duvdevan Unit fighters arrested four terrorists who acted to promote terrorist activities and planned to carry out an attack.
In addition, Paratroopers Brigade fighters from the 890th Battalion operated in the villages of Kafr Kharath and Deir Istiya and arrested three terrorists who threw stones toward a main road.
The wanted individuals who were arrested were transferred for further investigation by the Shin Bet.
