For the first time in history: An Israeli company succeeded in producing cultured milk

Israeli Pride: The Technion and the Weizmann Institute confirm that they have found fat, protein and lactose components in a sample of "cultured" milk produced using the systems of the Podtech company "Wilk", which became the first in the world to produce cultured milk from real ingredients.

The stock soared 8% after trading stopped.
