During the visit, Zamir held a situational assessment and received an operational briefing on developments in recent days along Israel’s northern front. He also instructed commanders to reinforce the northern sector with additional forces.

Zamir stressed that Israel is fighting on multiple fronts simultaneously.

“We are in a multi-front war,” he said. “We are operating simultaneously against Iran and its proxies and acting with great force against the regime of evil. Every blow to Iran weakens all of its proxies. The war against Hezbollah is another central front, not a secondary arena.”
