American intelligence officer sold secrets to China

An American intelligence officer was arrested after selling information about the Chinese military gathered in his unit.

An intelligence analyst in the US Army admitted to the court that he collected and sold sensitive information to an outside party for tens of thousands of dollars.

The analyst, Korbein Schultz, worked as an intelligence analyst at a high classification level and by virtue of his position was exposed to very sensitive systems and information.

During his service he came into contact with a person in Hong Kong connected in some way to the Chinese government.
