Heavy damage was caused to vehicles belonging to the residents of the neighborhood. The police launched an investigation and are trying to locate the arsonists. The security cameras deployed in the area are being checked. To increase the sense of security and prevent attempts at revenge - the police decided to increase the activity of the forces in the area
Not quiet in the capital: 6 vehicles of Jews were set on fire early in Saturday morning in Silwan neighborhood of East Jerusalem. The vehicles were heavily damaged. Police started investigating the incident and are trying to track down the perpetrators.
The arson took place at around 5 o'clock in the morning, on Derech Shiloh Street, which is in the neighborhood. 3 fire and rescue teams arrived to control the fire. The investigation is being conducted by the Jerusalem District Attorney who is now checking the security cameras deployed in the area, in an attempt to locate the arsonists.
