Mansour Abbas and his small Arab party party Ra'am are the big beneficiaries of the transfer of the budget in the Knesset.
The budget will strengthen the position of the "Muslim Brotherhood" movement in Israel and the religion of Islam.

It's amazing how he managed to turn all the politicians and the media into a lip candy and a "smile attack".
Hamas and the global Muslim Brotherhood movement are pleased.
