The stations and vehicles are intended to support and facilitate emergency services for Israeli communities on the Gaza border.
An American Christian charity has donated two additional armored ambulances to Magen David Adom (MDA) in memory of murdered hostages, including US citizen Hersh Goldberg-Polin.
Franklin Graham, the son of the late American evangelist Billy Graham and founder of Samaritan’s Purse, unveiled the donated ambulances at a ceremony in Avshalom, near the Gaza border.
During the ceremony, he honored the memories of Hersh Goldberg-Polin, a hostage whose body was retrieved by the IDF last month, as well as Roi Idan and Smadar Mor-Idan, who Hamas murdered on October 7th while their daughter Avigail was taken hostage.
