Two days after the Knesset returns from a hiatus: The opposition intends to make a proposal for dispersal

The leaders of the coalition parties are expected to convene with the leaders of the factions for a preparatory meeting. 

This is to decide on the agenda that the government will try to promote in the Knesset - even though it has not had a majority since Silman's retirement. 

The Likud estimates that it will be possible to obtain a majority for dispersal in a preliminary reading following the freezing of RAAM's membership in the coalition.
