WATCH: Reza Pahlavi: Iran’s future is in the hands of its people
Iranian opposition leader Reza Pahlavi called on Iran’s national forces to unite, declaring that the Iranian people are stronger than the Islamic Republic and capable of determining their own future.
“Iran today needs the unity of its national forces more than ever,” Pahlavi said. “With or without foreign support, Iran’s destiny is in our own hands.”
He described the regime as exhausted and helpless, while arguing that its opponents are more determined than the government’s supporters.
“We are stronger than this worn-out and desperate regime,” he said. “We are more determined and steadfast than the mercenaries who are sent into the streets for propaganda displays.”
