Raed Saleh's release from jail may lead to friction between north and south Muslim Brotherhood

The release of Sheikh Raed Saleh, head of the northern faction of the Islamic Movement from the Israeli prison, may, if properly conducted, undermine the southern faction of the Islamic Movement and the political power of Mansur Abbas, chairman of Ra'am.
NEWSRAEL: There are two different factions of the Muslim Brotherhood "Islamic Movement" in Israel, the North and the South. The Arab party "Ra'am" lead by Mansour Abbas in the current Bennett-Lapid government coalition is from the southern faction. Between the two lies bitter blood.
While it is true that the southern faction, in Israeli eyes, is more "moderate", this is wishful thinking, since the only difference between the two is in tactics, not in substance.
