Iran & Hezbollah are openly collaborating with ISIS

After all, the two detest each other, fought each other and their ideology is fundamentally different. It turns out that in the Middle East, everything is possible.

The Syrian Monitoring Center for Human Rights claims that since 2021 there has been secret cooperation between ISIS and Hezbollah and Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

This cooperation is characterized by ISIS refraining from attacking convoys of Hezbollah and other pro-Iranian Shia militias in Syria and from damaging their smuggling routes.

Whereas Hezbollah and the MP provide ISIS with intelligence information about the Kurdish forces in northeastern Syria.

The interest in harming the Kurdish forces is a common interest, as Iran and Hezbollah seek to help Syria re-apply the latter's rule to the Kurdish areas in northeastern Syria, and expel the US forces from the area.

ISIS, for its part, aims to release its members imprisoned in the prisons of the Kurdish forces.

In any case, if the report is true, then the US should toughen its policy towards Iran, demand that it cease cooperation with ISIS and assist the Kurdish forces in weakening ISIS and even harm Shiite militias and their smuggling routes in Syrian territory.
