Iran recruiting new military militias in Deir ez-Zor province in eastern Syria

The militias associated with Iran continue to work on developing strategies and plans in their areas of influence in the Deir ez-Zor governorate in Syria.

The Iran aim is strengthening the strategy of mobilizing the largest possible number of people from the east of the country for its benefit, assigning the task, scaring the residents of the area against its militias and promoting the economic projects and Iran's security without any obstacles.

Although the phenomenon of recruitment in favor of Iran is not new in some areas of Syria, especially in the Deir ez-Zor governorate, it has increased significantly since the beginning of last June by adopting new methods through which it managed to recruit a large number of young people after luring them with money, weapons and illegal powers.

The correspondent of the "Baladi News" news network in the western rural area of the Deir ez-Zor district in eastern Syria said that Iran's efforts increased from the beginning of this summer, in early June, when a new arrangement was announced that has many advantages for the people associated with it, led by the sheikh of the Bakara tribe "Nawaf al-Bashir" and a number of members of the Albu Saraya tribe, which bore the name "popular resistance" - "the popular resistance", and whose main tasks are the restoration of the oil wells east of the Euphrates.

The source explained that as a result of the temptations that this militia promoted in the area, a number of senior officials, from the town of al-Shumaitiyah and its neighboring villages in the western countryside of the district, began to work openly with the "popular resistance" by recruiting young people and worked to consolidate and strengthen the strength of the militia in the area.

In recent years, Iran has relied on well-experienced mechanisms to recruit young people in Syria, most of whom rely on taking advantage of their economic and security conditions.

NEWSRAEL: The big question is: From where is Iran getting the money to recruit new militias? Drugs or Biden?
