A heavy police presence has been reported on South Fremont Street, Las Vegas, amid unconfirmed reports of a hostage situation.

Authorities are on the scene. Updates to follow.

UPDATE: Fremont Street is closed from Charleston and Oakey Boulevards as Metro police investigate a person barricaded inside a bus.
