Israeli police dressed up as Orthodox Jews and entered the Issawiya neighborhood of East Jerusalem to arrest unruly, stone throwing Arabs.
Multiple stone throwers were caught and arrested. Footage shows an arresting officer wearing ritual fringe (Tzitizt) while subduing a suspect.
