WATCH: Massive floods take down section of the security barrier
Massive rainstorms slammed into Israel, triggering widespread flooding across major cities, cutting power, and leaving dozens of people trapped in their cars or homes.
The separation barrier in Judea & Samaria, in the Lachish Seam Zone area, collapsed following the storm.
The Lachish area extends eastward toward the slopes of Mount Hebron.
This is a thick concrete wall that is supposed to withstand attempts by terrorists to infiltrate.
