In a street interview, a young Turkish woman criticized the one-man dictatorship of Erdogan and his banning of Instagram after Turkish government officials’ messages of condolences on the death of Hamas arch-terrorist Ismael Haniyeh were removed by the social media app. 

“Why am I supposed to mourn because an Arab foreigner died? It doesn’t concern me. I do not have to mourn,” she said.

She noted Erdogan was “carrying out a coup [against the secular republic] as if the country were his father’s farm.”
