Hezbollah tightens internal security after Israeli strikes and elimination of its chief of staff
Following the intensified Israeli strikes in Lebanon and the assassination of Hezbollah’s chief of staff, the terror organization has recently instituted major internal changes.
According to a report published Saturday by the Emirati outlet Aram News, Hezbollah has shifted from a more open and visible mode of operation to a far more secretive, compartmentalized structure.
The report states that a wave of Israeli eliminations among senior commanders forced Hezbollah’s leadership to impose new restrictions and strict security protocols on all operational activity, aiming to reduce intelligence leaks and tighten information control during decision-making and operational coordination.
