Syrian Actor Duraid Lahham, Formerly affiliated with the Al-Assad Regime: We should accept that Israel exists, any talk of “erasing” it is crazy

Syrian actor Duraid Lahham, who was formerly affiliated with the Al-Assad regime and changed allegiance after Assad was ousted, said in an appearance on Al-Jazeera Network (Qatar) on January 4, 2025 that talk of erasing Israel is delusional and crazy.

He added that the Arabs should accept Israel’s existence.

Lahham continued to say that while he does not support normalization with Israel now, perhaps his great-grandchildren will do so.
