A bloody week on the roads: 18 dead since Sunday

Highways, central streets - and crossings: the series of serious accidents sealed the week as one of the deadliest in years.

Motorcyclists, pedestrians and drivers were killed throughout the country: in Jerusalem four were run over to death by buses that lost control, on Route 5 a driver was killed by a car thief who drove wildly against the traffic.

The road accident in which earlier today (Saturday) the resident of Hurra, Rami Abu Al-Qiyaan, was killed, and his two children were injured when their car overturned on Route 80, made this week the deadliest on the roads in years, when 18 people died in road accidents. Since the beginning of the year 225 people lost their lives on the roads.

There is gotta be a law that banned anyone who drive recklessly from driving for minimum 1 year if caught again. Banned for life!
