According to reports circulating on Iraqi militia-affiliated channels, fighters have been signing so-called “istishhad forms” — documents traditionally used by jihadist groups to formally declare readiness for martyrdom operations. The move is being framed internally as a response to regional developments and as part of a broader mobilization across Iran-aligned armed factions.
