Israeli forces reportedly surround house near Jericho, demand wanted suspects turn themselves in; no injuries reported
TOI reports that Israeli forces exchanged fire with armed Palestinian terrorists in Judea early Tuesday morning, Arabic reports said, as tensions remained high days after Israel agreed to a ceasefire with the Gaza-based Palestinian Islamic Jihad following several days of violence.
Israel Defense Forces troops clashed with the Palestinian terrorists in the Aqabat Jaber refugee camp, near Jericho in the central West Bank.
Israeli forces surrounded a house in the town and demanded that a number of wanted suspects exit the building and turn themselves in, the reports said.
