The only option for what remains from the regime is a documented ceremonial surrender to the US forces, like what was happened to Japanese military forces.

The regime has only 2 options, either to accept a documented surrender to the US forces, or to expect destruction of dual military-civilian infrastructures followed by surrender to the US forces.
