Lebanese journalist Mariam Majdouline Lahham sharply criticized Hezbollah’s new secretary-general Naim Qassem in a video posted on Al-Badeel on YouTube November 2, 2024.
She said that Qassem must convince her with actions not words that Hezbollah will be victorious, and that he is showing that the holy city of Qom in Iran is sacred to him, while Beirut and Lebanese cities are not. Lahham said: “Let Iran go up in flames!” “Let Tehran go up in flames!”
