A federal grand jury is investigating Neville Roy Singham’s funding network over alleged financial crimes tied to left-wing organizations.
The US Department of Justice has launched a grand jury investigation into Neville Roy Singham, a China-based American tech mogul accused of helping fund a wide network of Marxist and far-left groups in the United States and abroad.
According to the report, prosecutors in Manhattan are seeking banking records as part of a probe into possible money laundering or financial fraud. The investigation centers in part on large sums that flowed through Goldman Sachs’ donor-advised philanthropy fund and other entities before reaching activist nonprofits, media groups and protest organizations.
Singham has long been accused by Republican lawmakers of helping finance groups that push anti-American, anti-Israel and pro-China narratives. Some of the organizations tied to the broader network have been active in anti-Israel protests, anti-ICE demonstrations and other left-wing campaigns.
