Behind Carlson’s words, however, lies the real issue: money and influence. Carlson’s media projects are heavily funded by Qatar, the same regime that bankrolls Hamas and promotes a narrative portraying Israel as waging an “immoral war” in Gaza. His rhetoric mirrors Doha’s propaganda line almost word for word—painting Israel as the aggressor and the US support for it as misplaced or corrupt. In doing so, Carlson has become a willing mouthpiece for one of the world’s chief state sponsors of anti-Israel messaging.
