Alongside the Palestinian Authority's efforts to bring back the body of 18-year-old Tiran Pero, who was kidnapped from a hospital in the city, according to his family while still alive, the security establishment is preparing for other possibilities.
At the same time, hundreds of members of the Druze community are calling for his body to be returned: "If it is not returned, all the Druze will enter Jenin"
"The armed men who kidnapped the body will bring trouble on themselves," said a senior security official. "Beyond that, they harm the local economy in Jenin and smuggle Israeli Arabs."
The source also said that "the action carried out by the armed men greatly embarrassed the Palestinian Authority, which at night already thought that the issue had been resolved."
