Bilal al-Barghouti is a member of the loathsome Al-Barghouti family that hits Israel every time with a new "star" and a family member (a second cousin, I think) of the terrorist with the same name, who recruited Sohail al-Masri, the terrorist who blew himself up in the most significant attack of the second intifada (August 2001) in Sabaro in Jerusalem (in which 15 civilians were killed and over 150 were injured) 

The same horrific event planned by the terrorist Ahlam Tamimi (from the same family of the terrorist from Shoafat Udai Tamimi in which the 14th foreign fighter Noa Lazar was killed).

Bilal who was arrested yesterday, was already arrested in January of this year with his father as well as in 2018, so that the Israeli prison is known to this serial terrorist, who unfortunately is arrested every time by our dedicated  forces, but released by the lenient courts.
