This morning the IDF spokesman released a VIDEO taken from "above" of the story behind the operation to eliminate the second terrorist from the Eli attack who initially escaped from the scene in his car and then switched to a taxi.
Two terrorists attacked a gas station near the Jewish town of Eli in Samaria on June 21, 2023. One of the Jewish men wounded was able to shoot and kill one of the terrorists, while the other was able to escape in a car and begin to make his way to the Jordan Valley.
Later, the terrorists ditched the car and alighted a taxi. In a manhunt which took just a few hours, he was found and killed in a shootout with the IDF troops.
In the video, you can hear the operator of the drone speaking with the liaison between him and the troops on the manhunt acting on the information from the drone.
The operator keeps his eye on the taxi up until the taxi is cut off and stopped by 3 IDF vehicles which engage and kill the terrorist. (Applause is heard when the operation finishes with no injuries to our troops by all the units involved.
