“The duality of democracy” lines are typical of the way Kamala thinks and speaks. Another example of this is her overused line, “What can be, unburdened by what has been….” These are some phrases that Kamala Harris throws around so frequently in order to create a sense of intellectual ability and vision for a future.
One truly must ask where she came from and the answer is that she came out of nowhere. She is in no way a lifetime politician, and not well educated either. But she was appointed as DA in San Francisco at the very young age of 38.
That was an interesting place for her to rise as a national character with Presidential aspirations. There is a reason that some people labeled her as the female version of Barack Obama. She will probably be on the Presidential ballot either in 2024 or 2028.
She was raised by civil rights activists and is probably more driven than anything else by the idea of becoming the first black woman to be elected as President. That is indeed a lofty goal. She did actually have a reasonable record as D.A. in San Francisco. But what she nearly never focuses on is that crime is not just a result of unfortunate circumstances.
It is about the breakdown in the core family idea in America. She understands that high school dropouts and elementary school dropouts are the source of future agents of crime. But she will rarely blame the breakdown of the family as the main problem.
