ICYMI: BREAKING: USS Roosevelt in the Strait of Hormuz off coast of Iran

The aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt and its accompanying warships, and the Wasp Amphibious Ready Group, a three-ship amphibious task force that includes more than 4,000 Marines and sailors.

It seems that the ships are not in the Strait of Hormuz to "shoot down" Iran missiles, but rather as a deterrent to an attack on Israel.

Will Iran act sensibly? We'll see!
