Belgium may send in the army to clean up Brussels

Brussels is dealing with so many drug-related shootings that the government wants to send soldiers into the streets.

One minister said it’s gotten so bad, dealers are acting like they’re running outdoor cafés in broad daylight.

Over 50 shootings have happened this year, and even the city’s top prosecutor is under police protection after threats from traffickers.

The army would patrol with police in hotspot areas like metro stations and troubled neighborhoods.
