This may be related to recent Arab reports stating that Iranian elements have positioned themselves in the western coastal area of Yemen, near the Bab al-Mandeb Strait. 

According to reports, members of the Quds Force of the Revolutionary Guards have arrived in Houthi-controlled areas in Yemen, alongside "foreign" experts whose identities are unclear. 

According to these reports, some arrived through unofficial ports in the Hodeidah governorate, via smuggling boats from the Horn of Africa, and some have deployed in areas such as Hodeidah, Hajjah, and Kamaran Island.
